    Hello My name is tanner, I have Recently Started Working Out, And Im trying to lose my stomach Fat So I Can Get Abs, So I Was Wondering If You Could tell me what kind of workouts i can do and what to eat to get abs but to lose stomach fat at the same time, Im very new to this stuff, And i was wondering.. when i flex in the mirror You can see my abs but im not sure how you can make them more noticeable

    @TannShow haha thanks and if you keep doing this it will, but if you want to speed it up, do things like running, it depends how you do it, if you just eat a lot of junk and stuff it will be abs, but to get 6 packs, you need mass, try a healthy diet and working out a lot

    @isaiahmrls haha you really must know alot about this stuff because i did just start a week ago, and i was just wondering, does this workout get rid of your stomach fat that is covering your abs, and does it give you abs or sixpack?, im very soorry im new to working out

    I Have been working out for a while now, and it seems after every workout right where my abs are suppose to be it hurts, is that normal?

    I thought sit ups didnt help flaten ur stomach, ppl told me it only helped build muscle
