    idk about the book… but salsa is a good substitute for Italian salad dressing. Dressing is like 70cal per 2 table spoons – salsa is like 10 or 20. U can get used to it pretty fast too.

    @AtoZyzzyva as long as the product (pasta, rice, bread, etc.) is made from whole flour. Meaning, that the grain used to make the flour was not processed or enriched by taking the outer layer of the grain away and then pumping what’s left with artificial vitamins & minerals. Now, the reason why you want to eat whole grain is because they have a lower glicemic index meaning that your body is going to absorb it slower giving you a lower rise in blood sugar causing less fat storage.
