Question by Sweetie: Does anyone know of a good and healthy nutrition bar?
I am looking for like a granola/nutrition/power bar that is really healthy. I like LUNA bars, but they discontinued my favorite flavor. I would like it if the bar was around 150 calories, low in fat, very low in saturated fat, and had a lot of vitamins and minerals and protein!! thanx!

    They sell a lot of bars like that at Wal-mart, I know because my folks bought a box of them.
